Where does CareFree Homes build new homes?

CareFree Homes builds in eight communities across El Paso, Texas (Eastside, Northeast, Horizon City and Socorro) and in Rancho Santa Teresa in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

What warranty comes with a CareFree home?

Every CareFree home is backed by a 10-year structural warranty and a Customer Service Warranty Department. CareFree Homes will also cover the cost of a third-party home inspection.

Can I personalize my new home?

Yes. At the CareFree Homes Design Studio in El Paso you choose cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, lighting and exterior colors with a professional Design Consultant.

Are there homes I can move into soon?

Yes. Many CareFree homes are already move-in ready or under construction, so you can be in your new home in as little as 30 days.

How long has CareFree Homes been building in El Paso?

For more than three decades. The company was founded by El Paso native George D. Thomas and has built thousands of new homes.
